DARRINGTON — The death of a Darrington teen remains under investigation by the Washington State Patrol.
Kailey A. Hanson, 19, died in a crash March 9 on Highway 530, past the town and over the Skagit County line.
She was westbound in a 1985 Nissan pickup that drifted onto the shoulder, according to a police memo released Wednesday. Investigators believe she then over-corrected and the truck rolled. No other vehicles were involved.
The cause of the crash has not been determined.
