Search-and-rescue crews found two hikers on Mount Pilchuck tonight who had become lost and called for help.
The hikers, a 22-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man, both from Seattle, were not injured and did not need medical treatment, Snohomish County sheriff’s spokeswoman Rebecca Hover said.
The female hiker was found on the south side of the mountain and the man made it to a parking lot, she said.
Searchers were dispatched after the man called 911 saying he and his hiking companion had become separated and that he needed help finding his way off the mountain.
A helicopter was dispatched to help in the search.
