Morgan has warrants for his arrest in connection with escape from community custody and driving under the influence. He has several tattoos. He has used the names William Nickell, Mark Anthony, Cookie Monster and Morgan Bryant Morgan, and is a Level 2 sex offender.
If you see either of these people, do not attempt to approach, arrest, detain or follow them. Some wanted people are being sought for violent crimes or are known to carry weapons. All wanted people should be considered dangerous. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
