Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound pays rewards of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and filing of charges against people responsible for serious crimes, and for the location of wanted people, illegal drugs or stolen property. Ishmael Emanuel Hendricks

Age: 26

Height: 5 feet 11 inches

Weight: 162 pounds

Eyes: Brown

Hair: Black

Hendricks has warrants for his arrest for escape from community custody, failure to register as a sex offender, violation of probation in connection with attempted second-degree rape, first-degree burglary and obstructing a law enforcement officer. Hendricks is a Level 3 sex offender and has also used the names Randy and Lionel Hendricks.

Kenneth Damon Lyons

Age: 40

Height: 5 feet 10 inches

Weight: 200 pounds

Eyes: Brown

Hair: Brown

Lyons has a warrant for his arrest for escape from community custody. He has also used the name Kenneth T. Lee.

If you see any of these people, do not attempt to approach, arrest, detain or follow them. Some wanted people are being sought for violent crimes or are known to carry weapons. All wanted people should be considered dangerous. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
