Lemmon has a warrant for escape from community custody. He has tattoos on his arms and left shoulder. He has used the name Robert Karns.

Age: 43
Height: 5 feet, 2 inches
Weight: 120 pounds
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Brown
Shelley Holly has a material witness warrant for her arrest. She has a scar on her upper right arm.
If you see any of these people, do not attempt to approach, arrest, detain or follow them. Some wanted people are being sought for violent crimes or are known to carry weapons. All wanted people should be considered dangerous. In the event of an emergency, call 911.
