20000 block of Olympic Place. Two boys allegedly stole beer from a store. Police cited them for third-degree theft and for being minors in possession of alcohol.
165th Place NE. A man driving a suspected stolen car collided with another car. Both drivers were injured. The driver of the stolen car was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property.
Stanwood
7400 block of 272nd Street NW. On March 13, police escorted a 16-year-old student off campus. The student was in trouble for allegedly refusing to follow directions during the Washington Assessment of Student Learning exams.
8000 block of 272nd Street NW. On March 13, a 22-year-old Stanwood man allegedly assaulted and threatened his girlfriend. Police sent the case to Snohomish County prosecutors and recommended felony harassment and fourth-degree domestic violence assault charges.
7400 block of 272nd Street NW. On March 12, police stopped a 15-year-old Camano Island boy for smoking a cigarette. They also found alcohol in his backpack. They sent his case to prosecutors, recommending that he be charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol.
