Here’s a roundup of some of the more interesting recent neighborhood crime news from throughout Snohomish and Island counties, provided by police:
Everett
* 1800 block of 37th Street SE, April 18. Police cited a man, 35, and woman, 26, for allegedly living inside an abandoned vehicle. The suspects were cited for unlawful camping and released.
* 2300 block of Rucker Avenue, April 18. Officers arrested a bicyclist, 32, after reportedly finding fireworks and a drug pipe in his clothing. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
* 3100 block of Colby Avenue, April 21. A man reported that someone stole his pocket motorbike from his garage. The bike is blue and has a sticker with the number 69 pasted on the front of the windshield.
* 4000 block of Smith Street, April 21. Police arrested two men who reportedly cut a hole in a business fence and stole rolls of wire. One man was caught at the business and another man was found during a search of the area. They were booked into the county jail for investigation of second-degree burglary.
Mill Creek
* 14400 block of North Creek Drive, April 10. Two Mill Creek men were cited for allegedly giving alcohol to minors. n 15900 block of Village Green Drive, April 9. A vehicle parked in a woman’s driveway was reportedly stolen from a block away. n 13500 block of North Creek Drive, April 9. A 1987 model vehicle allegedly was stolen. n 14600 block of Main Street, April 8. A man reported someone was using his name to sell items on eBay. n 900 block of 164th St. SE, April 8. A man was arrested for allegedly forging a prescription for pain medication.
