EVERETT — Community Transit plans to cut service on some commuter routes to downtown Seattle on Presidents’ Day, Feb. 15.
Agency officials are anticipating lower ridership on some of the commuter routes for the holiday.
All local service, including to and from the Everett Boeing plant, will operate on regular weekday schedules. All service to the University District also will operate on its regular schedule.
The RideStore and customer information services will be closed on the holiday. Both will return to regular hours on Feb. 16.
Trips on routes with reduced service are marked with the letter “H” in the Bus Plus schedule books. Due to an error, four trips are not marked with an “H” and will not operate: Route 415, starting in Marysville at 6:40 a.m., and Route 477, starting in Brier at 6:30 and 6:55 a.m. and starting in downtown Seattle at 4:53 p.m.
