SNOHOMISH — A man was hospitalized Thursday night after his car went off the road and slammed into a tree.
Medics were called to the scene in the 1400 block of Silva Street in the Machias area about 6 p.m., Lake Stevens Fire Battalion Chief Bruce Huston said.
The car was going southbound when it left the road and hit a tree. The lone driver was hospitalized with injuries that officials did not consider to be life threatening, Huston said.
The incident is under investigation.
