Elks donate school supplies to military kids

The Everett Elks donated 50 backpacks filled with school supplies to children of active duty military parents.

The National Guard Family Program has a family assistance center in Smokey Point, which provides a variety of referral-based services to geographically dispersed families and retirees from all military components.
