Arlington: Parade, 11 a.m., along Olympic Avenue, by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1561 and Arlington American Legion Post 76. Luncheon, 6 p.m. Saturday, American Legion, free for veterans.
Bothell: 11 a.m., Northshore Senior Center, 10201 E. Riverside Drive, Bothell. Music by Seattle Sousa Sedentary Band. Refreshments.
Edmonds: Troop 301, chartered by the Edmonds Rotary Club, and Pack 300, chartered by the Westgate Elementary Parent Organization, 11 a.m., Sunrise Senior Living, 750 Edmonds Way, Edmonds.
Everett: 2 p.m., Washington Oakes Retirement Community, 1717 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Memorabilia, memories, refreshments.
Everett: 10 a.m., Cypress Lawn Memorial Park, 1615 SE Everett Mall Way, Everett.
Everett: 11 a.m., eternal flame burning outside Snohomish County Courthouse, 3000 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Snohomish County Central Memorial Committee. Submarine Veterans of World War II will be in attendance. Luncheon follows, Fleet Reserve 170, 6802 Beverly Blvd., Everett, $4.
Everett: Veterans Appreciation Dinner, 6 p.m. Monday, Everett Elks Lodge, 2731 Rucker Ave. $10, free for veterans with discharge papers. Guest speaker, reflections, Al Greso’s Cajun meatloaf.
Granite Falls: Parade, 11 a.m., Stanley and Granite avenues.
Lynnwood: 11 a.m., Veterans Park, 194th St. SW and 44th Ave. W. Color guard, speakers, bagpipes, buglers.
Mill Creek: Snohomish County Music Teachers Association Veterans Day Program, 1 p.m., Merrill Gardens at Mill Creek, 14905 Bothell-Everett Highway. Reading from Ken Burns’ Civil War series. Resident veterans share experiences.
Mountlake Terrace: Troop 304, chartered by the Rotary Club of Lynnwood, noon, Ballinger Lakes Golf Club, 2300 Lakeview Drive.
Seattle: 55th annual Veterans Day Service, 10:45 a.m., Evergreen-Washelli Cemetery, 11111 Aurora Ave. N., Seattle.
