EVERETT — Police arrested an Everett man Friday and jailed him for investigation of two counts of rape of a child.
One of the victims told detectives that the man used to work as a police officer in Soap Lake.
The man was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for investigation of first-degree and third-degree rape of a child.
