EVERETT — A man found dead Tuesday evening in a burnt semi truck in south Everett has been identified.
Just after 5 p.m., witnesses reported the semi truck was on fire in the 1200 block of 108th Street SW, according to Everett police. Fire crews extinguished the fire and found Dilbag Kaile, 60, dead inside.
Kaile’s cause and manner of death remained pending Friday, according to the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Police were investigating the origins of the fire Wednesday. A police department spokesperson didn’t respond to a request for more information Friday.
