EVERETT — A man killed in a motorcycle crash late Friday night near the Lowell neighborhood has been identified.
Derek Cox, 38, of Everett was riding on the 3900 block of Lowell Snohomish River Road, near city limits, when he crashed at 11 p.m. Police suspect he lost control of the motorcycle at a bend in the road.
No other vehicles were involved.
Cox died at the scence of blunt force injuries, the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office reported Wednesday.
