EVERETT — Police in Everett are trying to identify the driver of a car that hit a pedestrian Wednesday evening and left the scene.
The incident was reported around 6:25 p.m. around Beverly Lane and 74th Street SE.
“This will be handed off to detectives for further review and investigation,” Everett police officer Aaron Snell said.
The pedestrian, 71, was taken to Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
Police are working on a description of the vehicle, which likely sustained damage, Snell said.
