The Arlington Point Church hosts an Ambassador In Sport soccer camp from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday at Twin Rivers Park in Arlington.

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 6 to 14 and provides basic and advanced soccer skills with coaches and experienced players. The week ends with a “World Cup” competition and family barbecue. Each camper will receive a soccer ball and a T-shirt.

The Snohomish Church of the Nazarene hosts an outdoor church service to celebrate Kla Ha Ya Days from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at 1017 13th St., Snohomish.
The free event is scheduled to kick off with lattes and breakfast from the Chapel Cafe from 8:30 to 10 a.m. followed by the message from pastor Rick Jacobson at 10:30 a.m. The program includes a skit, a praise band group, games and face painting with lunch from 12:30 to 2 p.m.

Tyler Anderson, medical director of Rafiki Orphan Village Uganda presents a “Doc Talk” from 6 to 8 p.m. July 31 at Providence Hospital Medical Center, Colby Campus, Rainier Room, 1330 Rockefeller Ave., Everett.

Anderson and his family recently returned from a two-year trip to Uganda, where they worked with orphans. Anderson plans to provide a presentation with first-hand information about what it’s like to work in Africa at a medical outreach clinic. The Rafiki Foundation needs Christian medical staff for two short trips, including doctors, nurses, medical assistants, lab technicians and front office staff.
