Calvary Fellowship hosts Ken Mansfield, U.S. Apple Records Beatles manager, at 7 p.m. Wednesday at 23302 56th Ave. W., Mountlake Terrace. Mansfield plans to share his story in celebration of the 40th anniversary of The Beatles’ rooftop “Let It Be” concert, along with Beatles tribute band Orange Tangerine. Admission is free.   • Westminster Presbyterian Church hosts missionary Nancy White at 6 p.m. Sunday at 2531 Hoyt Ave., Everett. White is a 20-year veteran of overseas missions. She plans to speak about and show a DVD of her work among university students in Hokkaido, Japan, where she teaches English, conducts Bible studies and helps Japanese youth cope with life’s struggles.   • Everett First Presbyterian Church hosts a Gaza Educational Forum from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Monday at 2936 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Jeff Siddiqui, a Pakistani; Abed Kouttainay, a Palestinian; and Richard Silverstein, an Israeli Jew, plan to address the following topics: How Did We Get Here?, What Happened in Gaza? and What Are the Hopes for the Future? Siddiqui, Kouttainay and Silverstein are involved in efforts to bring peace to the Middle East. The event is free. Refreshments are planned. Call 425-259-7139.

  • Everett First Presbyterian Church continues its Reel World Cinema Series with the movie “The Human Condition” from 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at 2936 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The film is part of a series featuring Paul Newman. Other films include “Cat on a Hot Tin Roof,” Feb. 13; “The Hustler,” Feb. 27; “Hud,” March 13; “Hombre,” March 27; and “Cool Hand Luke,” April 10.   • Immaculate Conception Church hosts a prayer service for The Everett 40 Days for Life Campaign at 9:30 a.m. Jan. 31 at 2501 Hoyt Ave., Everett. The service is set to begin with the Liturgy of the Hours followed by Mass at 10 a.m. The Knights of Columbus plan to provide a light lunch in St. Mary Hall.     Volunteer opportunities

    Recovery for Life Training Center seeks donations of career clothing for its semi-annual “Queen, It’s a New Day” event. Clothing can be dropped off from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturdays through Jan. 31 at 2532 Virginia Ave., Everett. Financial contributions can be made in person or mailed to P.O. Box 62, Everett, WA 98201. The event is scheduled for May at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 20610 44th Ave. W., Lynnwood. At each event, roughly 150 “Queens,” women from local shelters and transitional homes in Snohomish, Skagit, King and Pierce counties, receive makeovers, career clothing, vocational training and information about education and housing.
