Daffodils: The daffodils are blooming at Bonhoeffer Botanical Gardens, located next to Freeborn Lutheran Church in Stanwood. Open house events to view the more than 400,000 bulbs representing 280 species are set for 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and April 12. Also featured are two log cabins; 14 Stations of the Cross; 100 samples of rambling and climbing roses; the 114-year-old church chapel; and a connecting hall featuring 27 years of Pilchuck Glass School work.
