Daffodils: The daffodils are blooming at Bonhoeffer Botanical Gardens, located next to Freeborn Lutheran Church in Stanwood. Open house events to view the more than 400,000 bulbs representing 280 species are set for 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday and April 12. Also featured are two log cabins; 14 Stations of the Cross; 100 samples of rambling and climbing roses; the 114-year-old church chapel; and a connecting hall featuring 27 years of Pilchuck Glass School work. Prayer breakfast: Amy Roloff, of the hit TLC reality show “Little People, Big World,” headlines the YMCA of Snohomish County’s annual Community Prayer Breakfast, 7-8:30 a.m. on Good Friday, April 18, at the Edward D. Hansen Conference Center at Comcast Arena Everett. Reservations are due until sellout. The nondenominational event focuses on giving thanks and seeking guidance for the year. Egg hunt, Everett: Bethany Christian Assembly plans a candy-filled Eggstravaganza for children, 10 a.m.-noon April 19. An Easter program is followed by prizes, egg hunts, activities, inflatables, pony rides, cotton candy and popcorn, prizes and more. Everything is free. Egg hunt, Lake Stevens: An egg hunt for children through fifth grade will be held 1:30-3 p.m. April 19 at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, 2111 117th Ave. NE, Lake Stevens.

Auction: Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Lake Stevens plans an auction and dinner fundraiser April 26, with reservations due April 18. Proceeds from the silent and live auctions and catered dinner will benefit church ministries, including the Lake Stevens Food Bank, community supper, senior luncheon, Lake Stevens Family Center, and more. Meetings, classes

Kabbalah: Chabad Jewish Center in Lynnwood offers “Soul Maps,” a class series that focuses on the wisdom of the Kabbalah. The six-part series continues at 7:15-8:45 p.m. Tuesdays through April 8. Cost is $10 per session. A workbook is $15. To register, go to www.jewishsnohomish.com.

GriefShare, Marysville: Mountain View Presbyterian Church hosts the support group 1:30-3:30 p.m. Thursdays through May 22. Registration is recommended. Clothing, Lake Stevens: Sanctuary Ministries provides gently used clothes from 10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursdays in its Care Center at 15533 75th St. NE, between Lake Stevens and Granite Falls. Limit two bags per visit. Donations of clothing, bedding and shoes welcome. More info: 360-386-9871.

Loaves and Fishes: A free community supper is offered 4-6 p.m. Tuesdays at Sultan Community United Methodist Church, 212 Birch St., Sultan.

Community meals, Faith Lutheran: 5-6:30 p.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at Faith Lutheran Church, 6708 Cady Road, Everett. Free warm clothing also available. The ministry seeks donations of winter coats and food.

The Cove: A free breakfast and take-out lunch, 10 a.m. to noon Wednesdays at First Covenant Church, 4502 Rucker Ave., Everett. More info: 425-252-9191.

Meals, clothes, dental: Gold Creek Community Church provides a free hot meal and sack lunches, 5-6 p.m. the first, third and fifth Sunday of the month at Central Lutheran Church, 2702 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. Clothes available some days. Qualified people can sign up for free urgent dental care from a dental van that comes monthly. Ask Jessica for details and how to sign up.

Salt of the Earth: Soup kitchen is open at noon Tuesdays at Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2531 Hoyt Ave., Everett. Free sack lunches or hot meals served to the homeless, low-income seniors and families, and kids on the street. Volunteers needed. More info: Sandra, 425-355-1042.
