Holiday bazaar: 9:30 a.m.-5 p.m. today at Everett United Church of Christ, 2624 Rockefeller Ave. Lunch served 11 a.m.-2 p.m. A variety of vendors will be on hand. A portion of church proceeds go to scholarships and summer camp aid.
Heaven Scent Boutique: Edmonds Open Bible Church’s annual holiday bazaar continues 9 a.m.-4 p.m. today and 1-4 p.m. Sunday at the church at 657 Daley St., Edmonds. Holiday and home decor, baked goods, vintage finds, collectibles, linens and more. Proceeds support local and international missions, as well as Edmonds Elementary School.
Memorial concert: The Chancel Choir from Our Savior’s Lutheran Church along with the Trinity Lutheran College Concert Choir, the United Church of Christ Choir and the First Presbyterian Church Chancel Choir, Senior Handbell Ringers and Chancel Handbell Choir, will participate in a Veterans Day Memorial Concert at 6 p.m. Sunday at First Presbyterian Church, 2936 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The concert will feature patriotic songs and anthems in honor of those who have served our country or are currently serving in the U.S. military. Admission is free to the public.
Home League bazaar: The Women’s Home League holds its annual bazaar, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Salvation Army, 2525 Rucker Ave., Everett. Crafts, holiday decorations, books, handmade blankets and quilts, baked goods and more. Lunch also available.
Women’s luncheon: The next Mill Creek Christian Women’s Connection luncheon will be held 11:45 a.m.-1 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 20610 44th Ave. W., Lynnwood. The event includes the annual country fair, with proceeds benefiting Stonecroft Ministries. Music guest is Mary McRae; speaker is Lynn Franz on “Pain Brings Purpose.” Cost is $22. Israeli veteran talk: Yehuda Shaul, founder of Breaking the Silence, stops at Everett First Presbyterian Church at noon Nov. 14 on his national tour of the United States with other Israeli veterans to introduce their new book, “Our Harsh Logic.” Breaking the Silence is an organization of Israeli veteran combatants who paint a grim picture of service in the Occupied Territories. The church is at 2936 Rockefeller Ave.
112th anniversary: Second Baptist Church, 2801 Virginia Ave. in Everett, celebrates its 112th anniversary with three days of celebration, revival and dedication. Events include guest speakers 6-9 p.m. Nov. 15, a youth jam 2-5 p.m. Nov. 16, and a special Sunday service at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 17, followed by a dedication of the newly remodeled Community Center (2416 California Ave.) and dinner. Bali Bazaar: 7 p.m. Nov. 22 and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 23 at Cross View Church, 604 Avenue C in Snohomish. Handcrafted items brought directly from Bali, including wooden items, baskets, jewelry, purses, silk scarves, toys, decorations and much more. All proceeds benefit My Father’s House, a nonprofit orphanage in Bali, Indonesia, that is administered by Snohomish residents Kim and Brian Boyer. The Friday preview includes a presentation on the orphanage.

Living Interfaith: Patrick McKenna will share “Honoring Samhain” at 11 a.m. Sunday. At the midpoint between the autumn equinox and winter solstice, Pagan tradition holds that the veil between the world of the living and the dead becomes thin.
