Bazaar: Immaculate Conception Church in Arlington’s Autumn Bazaar continues 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 1. The church is at 1200 E. Emergency storage: The Lynnwood Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints holds an “Emergency Home Food Storage Basics” open house event, 2-6 p.m. Nov. 8 at the church’s Home Storage Center in Mukilteo, 4215 C Russell Road. The public is invited to learn how to prepare for emergencies with home food storage of such basics as beans, rice, wheat, flour, sugar, oats and other items. Some of these items have a 30-year shelf life when stored in a dry, cool place in No. 10 metal cans. Demonstrations and a tour.

Veterans Day concert: An ensemble from the Everett Chorale along with the Trinity Lutheran College choir and the First Presbyterian Church Chancel and hand bell choirs, will participate in a Veterans Day Memorial Concert, 6 p.m. Nov. 9 at First Presbyterian Church, 2936 Rockefeller Ave., Everett. The concert of patriotic songs and anthems honors those who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. military. The program, sponsored by First Presbyterian Church of Everett, will also include organist Gary Norris, and a massed choir. Admission is free.

Auction: Everett Christian School’s “Texas Rodeo Round-Up” auction fundraiser is set for Nov. 15 at 2221 Cedar St. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. Cost is $25, or $30 after Nov. 7, and includes appetizers and dinner. Silent auction, restaurant wall and live auction. More info: 425-259-3213.
