SNOHOMISH — A bomb threat briefly shut down a preschool and daycare Wednesday south of Snohomish.
Around 11 a.m., school officials at The Goddard School of Snohomish received the threat via phone call, Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Courtney O’Keefe said.
Deputies evacuated the private school while they investigated at 13119 Seattle Hill Road, O’Keefe said.
Officers conducted sweeps of the school with a Washington State Patrol bomb dog, but didn’t find anything. Shortly after 1 p.m., the school reopened.
Detectives were investigating the source of the phone threat, O’Keefe said.
