TULALIP — The Snohomish County Fire Marshal’s office is investigating what caused a fatal fire Friday afternoon on the Tulalip Indian Reservation.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has not released an identification or age for the man who died in the blaze.
His body was discovered in the mobile home in the 6000 block of Fifth Drive NW.
Investigators said the fire appears to have been started accidentally. They continue to search for the exact cause.
The agency is encouraging people to make sure their smoke alarms are working.
