MALTBY — Crews were on the scene of a three-alarm fire for hours on Thursday afternoon at a storage facility in the Maltby area.
The fire was reported around 1 p.m. in the 21600 block of W. Bostian Way, south of Maltby.
The fire was in an industrial-sized building, making for stubborn flames, said Autumn Waite, spokeswoman for Snohomish County Fire District 7 in Clearview.
Crews also responded from all over Snohomish County and north King County.
No injuries were reported. The Snohomish County Fire Marshal’s Office determined the fire started with a candle in one of the storage units.
