TULALIP — A fire that burned a house on the Tulalip Indian Reservation on Wednesday afternoon was brought under control.
Flames spread from the home in the 12600 block of Marine Drive to nearby vegetation, according to firefighters.
Crews from Marysville and the state Department of Natural Resources helped Snohomish County Fire District 15, also known as the Tulalip Bay Fire Department, control the blaze. As of 5 p.m., firefighters were extinguishing hot spots.
