SNOHOMISH — A fire spread from an RV to a nearby two-story house in the Silver Firs area Sunday.
Flames and smoke damaged the attic and roof of a house in the 13700 block of 64th Dr. SE. No one was injured, and firefighters contained the blaze before it reached the rest of the home, said Leslie Hynes, spokeswoman for Snohomish County Fire District 1.
Two teens reportedly were in the house when the fire started around 1:15 p.m. They got out safely.
District 1 firefighters were joined by Fire District 7 to put out the flames. It was not immediately known what caused the RV fire. The county fire marshal’s office is investigating, Hynes said.
