LYNNWOOD — Three people were displaced Saturday after a fire damaged their home.
Neighbors about 9:30 a.m. spotted smoke coming from a house in the 18600 block of Larch Way, Snohomish County Fire District 1 spokeswoman Leslie Hynes said. Nobody was home at the time.
The one-story house with a daylight basement was filled with smoke when firefighters arrived.
“Access was difficult. The house is located about 500 feet off the road on a very steep and narrow drive,” Hynes said.
The fire caused about $175,000 in damage. The Snohomish County Fire Marshal’s Office was investigating.
