OLYMPIA — A fire early Wednesday destroyed a barn storing two recreational vehicles, two boats and a fifth-wheel trailer on the Thurston County Fairgrounds.
The Olympian reported that Lacey Fire District 3 firefighters forced their way through the fair’s entry gate and prevented the flames from spreading to other buildings at the fairgrounds.
