EVERETT — A fire Thursday morning at an Everett assisted-living home displaced four people.
The fire broke out just before 10:15 a.m. in the 1800 block of Pacific Avenue, officials said. The fire apparently started in a microwave on the third floor.
The floor was filled with smoke when crews arrived. The flames also activated the building’s fire sprinklers.
No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $65,000.
