Members of the Marysville Fire District Foundation, which includes firefighters, will work a rummage sale today and Saturday to benefit scholarships and the purchase of firefighting and lifesaving equipment.
The sale is planned for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Saturday at Jennings Park Red Barn, 6915 Armar Road, Marysville.
Seniors pour syrup to help seniors
Snohomish High School students offer a community fundraising breakfast from 9 a.m. until noon Saturday at Belle Chapel, 231 Ave. B, Snohomish, to raise funds for the Snohomish Senior Center Building Fund.
The breakfast includes scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, cheese blintzes and beverages. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Representatives from the senior center will be on hand to answer questions about the new facility and programs.
