EVERETT — The National Weather Service in Seattle issued a flood watch for Snohomish County on Friday.
The watch is scheduled to go into effect late Saturday and should last through Monday.
A series of storms is expected to bring more rain to Western Washington, according to the Weather Service. Rivers likely will begin rising Friday night. People should be prepared for minor flooding that could linger into next week.
