Freeland burglars caught on tape

FREELAND – Surveillance video meant to keep tabs on workers in a Freeland home instead captured two men taking electronics and a pair of binoculars.

Island County sheriff’s detectives are investigating the burglary which occurred around 4:30 p.m. on June 2, detective Ed Wallace said.

Surveillance images clearly show the two men carrying belongings out of the home. The suspects are wearing towels wrapped around their faces.
