MEDFORD, Ore. — Freezing temperatures in Southern Oregon are being blamed for the death of a 70-year-old Medford man.
KDRV-TV reports that emergency crews responded early this morning to a report of a man on the ground near railroad tracks in Medford.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity had not been determined.
Officials said it appeared he had gone to sleep at the location but only had a light blanket around him.
