Summer camp
School is almost out but it’s still not too late to register for summer camp.
Open registration for YMCA of Snohomish County Summer Camp is currently under way for camps offered through YMCA family branches in Everett, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe and Mukilteo.
A range of summer programs are available for campers from kindergarten through high school age.
Campers do not need to be a YMCA member to register for summer programs. For more information on YMCA of Snohomish County summer programs, visit www.ymca-snoco.org/camp or contact a local YMCA family branch.
HOPE garage sale: The Mother of All Garage Sales fundraiser for HOPE Therapeutic Riding Center in Langley will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, at the American Legion Post 141 at 14096 Highway 525 in Langley.
A $500 gift certificate from Payless Foods in Freeland will be raffled off during the event.
HOPE Therapeutic Riding Center offers individual and group therapeutic horse riding lessons.
Snohomish Search and Rescue tour: Those 55 and older can join a tour of the Snohomish Search and Rescue facility from 9:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on June 11 to learn what the organization does for the community.
Following the tour, participants will be taught basic first aid for hikers by a certified instructor and have lunch in Snohomish.
