Memorial Day ceremony
Edmonds Community College hosts a Memorial Day ceremony at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the college’s Black Box Theatre. The campus is at 20000 68th Ave. W, Lynnwood. Lynnwood City Councilwoman Shannon Sessions, a U.S. Air Force veteran, will be the keynote speaker.

Prom for adults with disabilities: Smokey Point Community Church is hosting a semiformal prom for adults with developmental disabilities with Village Community Services. There will be live music and dinner donated by Olive Garden. The event is set for 5-7:30 p.m. June 8 in Arlington. Tickets are $5 and include a photo, dinner and a beverage.
