Little Bear Creek open house
Snohomish County has scheduled an open house on Wednesday to discuss plans for improving water quality in and around Little Bear Creek. The meeting is set for 6 to 8 p.m. at the Brightwater community meeting room, 22505 Highway 9 in Maltby.
The creek runs east of Bothell and Mill Creek, north of Woodinville. The open house will give visitors a chance to review plans for improving drainage in the watershed. County staff will be on hand to discuss those plans as well as the results of a three-year study about the basin’s water quality.
The county is soliciting comments on the plan until July 6.
