Brainstorm a better world

School is out, but kids can still put their brains to work — and for a good cause. “Brainstorm a Better World” comes to Sno-Isle Libraries this month. Kids ages 5 to 11 can share stories of kids who make a difference, and stuff “survival sacks” for the homeless. Remaining sessions are at 2 p.m.:

– Tuesday at the Edmonds Library, 650 Main St.

– Wednesday at the Mukilteo Library, 4675 Harbour Pointe Blvd.

– July 24 at the Mariner Library, 520 128th St. SW

– July 27 at the Lynnwood Library, 19200 44th Ave. W
