Silent auction: A silent auction is scheduled Saturday to benefit the education of nine students that psychologist Kira Mauseth and nurse Jamie Hatleberg, both from Everett, have met on their trips to Haiti since the 2010 earthquake.
The event will be from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the New Life Foursquare Church, 6830 Highland Drive in Everett. Tickets are $15, which includes appetizers and soft drinks. RSVP to: healsfundraiserandauction@gmail.com.
