This summer, hours at the Future of Flight Aviation Center &Boeing Tour will be expanded to accommodate additional visitors.
Between July 1 and Aug. 31, the center at Paine Field in Mukilteo will open at 8 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Normal hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Along with the regular tour times, additional tours will be added at 8:30 a.m., and 4, 4:30 and 5 p.m.
The last Boeing tour will return to the Future of Flight at 6:30 p.m., and the center will close at 7 p.m.

Event canceled: Thursday’s Mountlake Terrace police station open house has been canceled. People still can schedule a tour at 425-670-8260.
Volunteer at national park: North Cascades National Park Service needs your help in maintaining, preserving and interpreting its magnificent landscape. Volunteers in the park perform tasks such as serving as campground hosts, staffing visitor center information desks and working with scientists on research. There are opportunities at Sedro Woolley, Marblemount and Stehekin.
