One segment of the award- winning documentary “Unnatural Causes: When the Bough Breaks” will be shown in Everett tonight.
It is part of an ongoing effort to discuss inequities in health care, how they affects people in Snohomish County and how they can be changed.
The event is organized by the Communities of Color Coalition. It’s planned for 6 p.m. in public meeting room 1 of the Snohomish County Administration Building, 3000 Rockefeller Ave. in Everett. The event is free and open to the public.

Wine tasting benefit Thursday: The Arts Council of Snohomish County and Wicked Cellars offer “See and Sip,” an art and wine tasting on Thursday.
It’s planned for 6 p.m. at the Historic Monte Cristo, 1507 Wall St. in Everett.
Tickets are $60 at the door.
Proceeds benefit the Arts Council’s Visual Arts Education Center project.

EvCC hosts showcase for artists: Everett Community College student artists, photographers, graphic and multimedia designers, musicians and actors will show their work from 1 to 5 p.m. Friday in EvCC’s Whitehorse Hall, 2000 Tower St. in Everett.
The arts showcase includes an art sale, demonstrations, performances and other activities.
