Free citizenship classes will be offered at 7 p.m. Thursdays through Dec. 17 at the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300 58th Ave. W.
Classes are taught on a drop-in basis, but anyone planning to attend this week’s class should register in advance.

Drive a Ford, raise money for school: Sultan High School will host the Ford “Drive One 4 UR School” program from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 17, raising money through test drives.
Each time someone test drives a 2010 Taurus or Fusion Hybrid, the Ford Motor Co. and Sno-Country Ford in Monroe will donate $20 to the school. The high school can raise as much as $6,000 for its athletic program during the event.
The test drives will be available at the high school, 13715 310th Ave. SE, Sultan.
Each test drive lasts about 5 minutes. Participants must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license.
