Make a blanket
National Make-a-Blanket Day with Project Linus is celebrated from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at Zion Lutheran Church Parish Hall, 330 Union Ave., Snohomish. Help make quilts and blankets to benefit Snohomish County children who have experienced traumatic situations. Come for an hour or the day. Donations of handmade blankets are welcome. Stamp collecting: The Sno-King Stamp Show will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, 12825 35th Ave. SE, Everett. Admission is free. Dealers will answer questions and help attendees build their collections. Members of the Sno-King Stamp Club host the event and also will be available to answer questions.
