Hourly sessions are planned from 3 to 7 p.m. in a tent behind the Tulalip Resort Casino.
Stick games predate recorded history as a traditional form of tribal trade, landholding and social networking.
A slahal tournament is planned for Saturday and Sunday on the Tulalip reservation and is open for the public to watch or play. The tournament begins with a ceremony at noon Saturday at the same location.
