The city of Mukilteo is holding a free seminar on how people can avoid falling victim to identity theft and scams. The event is set for 6 p.m. Friday at 10200 Harbour Place.
Spay-neuter clinic: NOAH and the Feral Cat Spay-Neuter Project are offering a spay/neuter clinic Tuesday. Volunteers will pick up and drop off animals from and to the Petco on Everett Mall Way. Cats will be taken to the Feral Cat Spay-Neuter Project, and dogs to NOAH. For a cat appointment, call 425-673-2287. For a dog appointment, call 360-629-7055. Cost is $25 for tame and pet cats, free for feral and roaming cats, and $75 for dogs.
Music therapy fundraiser: The Snohomish County Music Project hosts a dinner gala at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 3 inside the Northwest Music Hall, 1402 SE Everett Mall Way in Everett, to benefit music therapy programs. Enjoy live music, dinner and a violin silent auction. Tickets are $50, or $60 after Friday. More information is at scmusicproject.org.
DIY book sale: The Friends of the Edmonds Library’s Ongoing Book Sale is focusing focuses on do-it-yourself titles. Pick up discounted books and magazines in the sale corner at the Edmonds Library, 650 Main St. Proceeds benefit library programs.
