Take pride in Terrace
Mountlake Terrace is accepting nominations for Evergreen Awards. The city program recognizes property owners who take pride in their homes.
Make a nomination by May 24.
There are five categories of awards and nominees are judged against properties within each neighborhood: Cedar Terrace, Gateway, Lake Ballinger, Melody Hill, Cascade View and Town Center. Categories are for best maintained, best transformation and most sustainable.
For sale properties and previous winners are not eligible. Go ahead and nominate your own place.
