The Snohomish Chamber of Commerce presents its 6th annual wine festival on Saturday, featuring 20 wineries, mostly from Washington.
The festival is to be held at the Snohomish Event Center, 1011 2nd St. Tasting sessions are scheduled for 1 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m. VIP tickets allow access to either session in addition to a private tasting from 5 to 6 p.m.
Tickets start at $30 and include a commemorative wine glass and an appetizer plate. Tickets are available online at snohowinefest.com or at the event.
Join Sultan’s fire crew: Snohomish County Fire District 5 in Sultan is seeking new volunteer and part-time firefighters. The next class of recruits is set to start in late March.

Free cyber security class: A free cyber security and computer privacy class, “Safe Computing In The Digital Age,” is set for March 28 at Edmonds Community College. Speakers include information security experts from the military and public and private sectors. Cellphone security is a scheduled topic.
The day of events runs from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are available now.
