Roy Cook

Age: 25

Height: 5 feet 8 inches

Weight: 123 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Brown

Cook has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level 1 registered sex offender and is being supervised for first-degree incest.

Carl Smith

Age: 55

Height: 5 feet 9 inches

Weight: 210 pounds

Hair: Red

Eyes: Blue

Smith has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level 1 registered sex offender and is being supervised for failing to register as a felony sex offender.
