Weight: 190 pounds
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Brown has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for manufacturing, delivering or possessing drugs with intent to deliver.
Johnny Hicks
Age: 55
Height: 5 feet 6 inches
Weight: 150 pounds
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Hicks has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level III registered sex offender and is being supervised for third-degree child molestation, communication with a minor for immoral purposes and drug possession.
If you see these people, do not approach, arrest, detain or follow them. In an emergency, call 911.
