Weight: 175 pounds
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Brown
Haines has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level 3 registered sex offender and is being supervised for failing to register as a felony sex offender.
Mark Lingenfelter
Age: 41
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 160 pounds
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Blue
Lingenfelter has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level 1 registered sex offender and is being supervised for second-degree kidnapping with sexual motivation and for third-degree rape of a child.
