Eyes: Brown
Haines has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is a Level 3 registered sex offender and is being supervised for failing to register as a felony sex offender.
Brandon Emerson
Age: 31
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 210 pounds
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Blue
Emerson has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for possession of a controlled substance.
