Jock W. Ellis

Age: 36

Height: 5 feet 7 inches

Weight: 150 pounds

Hair: Black

Eyes: Brown

Ellis has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for communication with minor for immoral purposes and second-degree assault. Ellis is a Level 2 sex offender. His victim was a teenage girl.

Lowell G. Lowe

Age: 52*

Height: 5 feet 8 inches

Weight: 180 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Brown

Lowe has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for second-degree murder.
